This website ("Site") is operated by Caranahealth for the purpose of offering online medical consultations exclusively through Zoom video calls. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Service
Access to and use of the service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Nature of the Service
The consultations offered are general medical consultations. They are not intended to replace emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, you must contact 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately.

4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for having a working internet connection and up-to-date Zoom software in order to participate in consultations. Users also agree to attend scheduled appointments on time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, images, and design) is the property of Caranahealth and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
